This is from the insurance carrier's recorded statement of an injured worker on a file that we received today

Q: What's your marital status?
A: Great.
Q: Excuse me?
A: My marriage is great. I got no complaints.

LOL Ginny! My boss has been an expert witness many times in the past and some of the things in the depositions were hysterical, just like that!

I remember reading the depo of a man who was injured on the job, and they asked him if the injury had affected his sex life, he answered yes, and they asked how much it was affected. The attorney wanted to know if it had affected his ability to have sex, as he had to point out very clearly after the man responded. The man's response included all the positions he could and couldn't do it in anymore, how often he could still have sex DAILY, etc.
