Cat posted a while a go about visiting her Mom and relatives here in Michigan this past week.Her Mom lives about 20 minutes a way from me so they stopped by for a bit to visit.
The kids had fun running from one thing to the other , LOL !
It was so darn HOT outside though .This past week and today are bad also.Anyway ,it was great to meet Cat and her Mom and her kids.Cat is just as nice in person as she is on the boards .I really am fond of Randy ,he met me and said ,"Hi ! your tall".
I LOVE to hear that!
I am a mere 5' and 0 inches so he made my day!!
Cat took some pictures that she said she would post when she gets back.
Just thought I would share.

How fun! There are several members here that I'd love to meet in real life. It sounds like fun! Too bad about the heat.

That's great Sue!!! I loved meeting Karen, it was a little weird because you know the person but you don't *know* the person, but it was awesome! I can't wait to see the pictures!

Hi! Just checking in from my mom's. I don't get on her computer too often because it's so SLOW!!! I'm spoiled, I know. :) Anyway, it was GREAT meeting Sue and her family! The boys loved playing in her barn and with the kittens and other animals and with Sue's kids. We had a blast visiting with all of them. There's nothing anyone can do about the heat. It's just a humid, Michigan summer. Randy's getting on a LOT of people's good sides telling them they're tall! lol He's just a goof. I will post pics when I get back to Colorado. We go back Thursday so hopefully by this weekend. Again, it was great getting to meet someone in "person" rather than just a name on a screen. I've been very luck to have met a few others (Bea, Ginny, Christina and Pat) and was just as thrilled to meet Sue. I'd love to meet more! We really need to pursue this Oprah thing! lol :)
