Here is the fix, now I am running my mouse backwards since everything was upside down :)

If you have had your display rotate 180' in Win XP and you can't correct, HERE IS
THE REASON AND THE ANSWER! When the video drivers for Intel(R) were installed in
some machines, they may, "get lost" after running some time (1 day to who-knows-how-long),
and at some point corrupt with the result of upside down displays.
TO CORRECT:
Go to my computer, and under system tasks select view system information. Under
system properties select hardware, and then device manager. In device manager, click
on the "+" next to display adapters. When you see the driver, left click on it and
select uninstall. After Windows reboots, your display is correct, and after selecting
'Yes" to the next prompt, you'r back to your original resolution.
What an example of LAZY programing!
