Are they bushes or minature plants? If so, you can plant them now.

If they are plants, about 24 hours before sticking them in the ground soak them very well, almost soggy. They do better if they get a really good drink b4 you plant them. Make sure that the dirt around the roots are all covered in dirt with no air pockets. Something happens to the roots, I cant remember what :), if they are exposed to the air. Water them alot until they start showing new growth, then cut back to watering really well about once a week. If they are just the roses, not a plant, you can try to get them to go w/ rose starter. I havent ever tried this so.... you should be able to pick it up at a nursery or probably a big store like walmart.

You need to get some root starter then. They will just die if you put them in the ground as is. I think it is a powder that you disolve in water then stick in the rose and wait til roots grow, then plant them. I havent ever done this so read the instructions and gl.

You could also call the florist they came from and find out what kind of roses they are and see if you can buy a plant. I have several rose links if you are interested.
