They had a half day today and are now on summer vacation! We will go on day trips, movies, bowling, beach, beach, beach plus our big trip is in July.
I'm taking the kids to Boston and home town in MA, to visit friends and family, for two weeks. We plan on being tourists. My kids have been there to visit but not in a few years and never to sight-see.
I think I am just as excited as they are. They do go back very early though...Aug 2nd. I wish they got out in June and had the entire months of July and August off but for some reason they end early and go back way too soon.

Dd's last day is next Wednesday (one week from today) and they go back towards the end of August. You kids do go back very early!

Well, now is the time to come to Mass for vacation because we are making up snow days until 6/20. Have fun, if you haven't done a duck tour with them yet they are great.

Our kids also have snow days to make up and they get out June 16th and go back the end of Aug.
We have alot of day trips planned.

Robin's last day is today and Randy's is tomorrow. They're signed up for a basketball enrichment class for the week of June 6-10 (10am-noon) and we're headed to Michigan from June 16th-July 1st. The public schools go back August 8th here so we'll have all of July to find things to do. I'm already planning...

My nieces last day of preschool is today and then my boy's and nephew and nieces (3) others is on June 1st.They will probably go back in the middle of August..

We get out (I say we because I work at the school, also, so it's summer vacation for all of us!!!) on June 2. We decided to go on Memorial Day so that we would get out a day sooner. June 1 and 2 are half days. We go back to school August 14, I believe...

Kids already finished up SOL's so it's just a bunch of fun and games for the rest of the time...

They say that when they are grown up and gone that you miss all the stuff of when they were younger. I know that I will never ever miss getting everyone going in the morning. Am looking forward to sleeping in.
