Hello to everyone at momsview, this is Candis' husband. I just wanted to let everyone know that she had the baby at seven o'clock last night, and they are both doing great. Lauren Grace weighed in at 8 pounds 3 ounces, and is 20 inches long. We will post pictures as soon as they are developed. She is absolutely beautiful!

Awww, you guys are all so sweet. We made it home today and we have been relaxing. They started the pitocin at 7:30 a.m. when she checked me I was still 1 cm., then the doctor came in and broke my water at 12 noon, by then I was dilated to 3 1/2 cm. At 5 p.m. I was dilated to 5 1/2 cm and I couldn't stand the pain anymore. So I got an epidural and slept for 2 hours and was fully dilated. Will went to get something to drink and the nurses had to go chase him down the hallway telling him he better get back in there or he would miss it, the doctor arrived and 3 minutes of pushing later, Lauren was here at 7:01 p.m.

Breastfeeding is going great. She is a little pro. I hope it continues to go so well. She left the hospital today weighing a whopping 7 lbs. 11oz. she lost some weight but still looks great. I had no stitches so this has been the fastest recovery I have ever had (except for the cramping of course, ouchy) I am going to post pictures this weekend.

The girls are loving their new little sister. They love to hold her and kiss on her. It's so cute!!
