All of a sudden I cannot upload photos to snapfish. Everytime I try my Internet Explorer has to shut down. Everything else, internet and otherwise, seems to be working just fine. Have any of you experienced this or have any suggestions? I've emailed snapfish to see if they have suggestions and am waiting on a reply. TIA

That exact thing happened to me last Wednesday. I got so frustrated that I just gave up. I uploaded some yesterday, and it worked fine though. Sorry, I am not more helpful. I hope that you get a reply from them.

Thanks Rayanne...I'm sorry you had trouble, too, but at least I'm not the only one. DH had suggested that it might be a snapfish problem, but I figured it had something to do with us. Your experience makes me agree more with dh now. I'll let you know if they tell me anything helpful! BTW Rayanne, are you able to view the 4x8 and 5x7 picture cards they offer? I can't. Just wondered.

I don't know what you mean. I have only ordered pictures once, so I am not familiar with all that they offer yet. Where do I go in Snapfish to see the 4x8 and 5x7 picture cards and then I will let you know.

That's so weird.
Do you think that maybe it might be your internet and not Sapfish since I can see them and you can't?
I think that when I was having a problem with Snapfish, my internet was acting all goofy.

I uploaded my photos fine today, no problem. Weird! I actually emailed them, too, about not being able to see the photo cards. They said they weren't viewable at this time. ????? Whatever I guess. I've never been able to see them. I'll keep trying I guess.
