Just found out I am doing Mother's day brunch at my house. 6 adults, 3 kids. So far I am doing assorted muffins/breads, a fresh fruit salad, 2 vegetarian quiches, homefries, home-made New England Clam chowder (just because it's a cold, rainy, windy, weekend) and maybe some bacon. Anything else? I want to do as much ahead of time as possible.
