I just found out I won an academic scholarship. It's through my university. I am currently getting my sixth year in educational leadership. I had to submit an academic paper on leadership and be evaluated by a committee of faculty. There is only one award! They will be announcing it at the graduation next weekend. The crazy thing is- I can't go! Anyhow- it's only $500, but every little bit helps. HOORAY!
