I walked into the dining room and found (1) 4" long dead frog on its back, and (1) front end of a sizable mouse/rat. UGH! I hate the spring and the influx of the cat's "presents". I guess better dead than alive. Sheesh... Luckily I only have one bird eater, and she is belled, two of them are rodent killers and one likes seafood. He comes in from the slough (sp?) all muddy up to his armpits after hunting for frogs.

Yes, these "gifts" are proof they love and respect you. LOL! Our cats are strictly indoor pets so we don't get any critters (dead or alive) in the house but we do get the pleasure of listening to them howling and "hunting" in the middle of the night. I have to laugh every time I talk with my Mom. Her cats are constantly bringing in snakes, rabbits, birds, mice, etc., mostly LIVE. The last time we visited I rescued an adorable baby bunny. They are quite loud when in distress! Cats....
