Question for all you HOMESCHOOL moms...

Anyone heard of the Spaulding (Sp?) method/curriculum? My friend that homeschools his 6 children loves it and tutors other children with it. Just wondering what you guys think. It might be spelled: spalding. (Not sure!)

Thanks,
Monica

Sorry I am not familiar with it. We use A Beka.

I am a little familiar with it through my job. One of the PTs I work with asked me about it because her younger brother was having fits with it in the school system he was in---it was the curriculum that they used and BECAUSE if it his mom started to homeschool. I was not very impressed by it, I am familiar with Saxon and A Beka and think that they are much better curriculums. BTW, I'm not a homeschooler, but have experience with these programs.
