Just needed to vent a little. This has been a very busy weekend for us and because of that I have been unable to finish my assignments for school which are due at midnight Saturday. I should be finishing them but need to get this off my chest.
Got home tonight at nearly 8:30! So need to feed kids, baths, etc plus I still have to finish my stuff. Husband proceeds to get a few beers from the frig. and go outside. He hasn't done this in awhile and had a rough day so no big deal (at first)-well then time goes by and so does the beer and I'm doing everything myself. Then it's 11:30 and I still have alot of work to do and he wants to get in the hot tub and "spend some time with me" so I can relax! Well I could relax if he'd let me finish my work but I give in and get in the hot tub for a few minutes. When things don't go his way he starts to get a little cranky-well too bad -I haven't had three hours to drink and be alone with my thoughts.
Sometimes they just don't get it. Now he is annoyed because I put the brakes on and he didn't get his way. I need to be up early and have a full day head of me. I'm not a machine that you just flip a switch and way I go.
Well back to the grind so I can get to bed. Thanks for having to place to vent-not a topic to talk about with my mother.
