I have been a huge Def Leppard fan ever since I was a pre-Teen I have never seen them in concert and I have always wanted to see them. Well Dh bought Tickets to there concert in Oklahoma City for my Mothers day present. I am so excited I can hardly wait the concert is not til June and I cant wait. Brian Adams is opening I think its going to be a good concert

Def Leppard was my favorite band when I was a teenager. I had a big crush on Joe Elliott. I still have all their albums (now if I only had a needle for the turntable...LOL) I'd love to see them in concert again.

Deanna, Aerosmith is my all time favorite band! I've been a fan since their first album came out in 1973. I've seen them in concert (in Boston) the past three summers. AWESOME shows! There are a few other fans here as well. Steven Tyler was actually in MY Kindergarten classroom during Open House one year ('88 or '89?) and I missed him!! GRRRRRR!! Still kicking myself in the butt! He left his autograph on my desk. It said, "You're An Angel!" (His DD, Mia, was a student at my school.)

One time my dh got to see Bryan Adams and he called me (i was in class) from the concert and held up his cell phone so I could listen to a good song he was playing. lol But i have never actually seen him. We love Byan Adams too.

Will you take your kids to the concert? My kids have been to a couple of concerts now and they just love going!! My parents never took me anywhere growing up-- so I always want my kids to experience things with me if possible.

And speaking of *80's* bands.........I was hoping U2 would be stopping in New Orleans, but we are not on their tour schedule. The closest I can find is Dallas, Atlanta or Tampa.........and I am trying to talk DH into one of those concerts!

no the kiddos arent going. THey have never been but my dd wants to go to one that is playing in tulsa which Green Day is playing so I don't know. My sister is thinking about taking her teenage daughter. which mine is only 10. but I think it will be fun
