I just got my first negative feedback today because I bid on an item and then realized that they were shipping the item UPS Ground. Well, since I live in Alaska you cannot ship ground since it has to come on a plane to get here. So I emailed the seller 3 times and did a dispute on them because Ebay emailed me saying I was going to get a unpaid strike on my account. Well, the person still wouldn't respond to my emails so I left a neutral feedback talking to the seller to say please check your email. If you ship it ground I will not get the item. Well, since I did that they turned around and gave me a negative feedback calling me a dead beat bidder and that I lied and that is just an excuse not to pay. What I freakin jerk.

I understand how you feel. I received a negative a little while back and posted about it here. My negative was the same as yours..left because I had left negative (although in your case, you had only left a neutral).

I filed a case to Ebay and they have since settled the dispute and settled in my favor but my negative is still there.
