Well, after what seems like hours upon hours online researching and DH spending at least a few hours a day on the phone with car dealerships, we think we've got a great deal. For the Chevy Tahoe that I want, after haggling those darn salesmen and talking on the phone we got the we wanted which means we can go buy it, trade in my car, add tax and license on and interest rates and walk out the door at about the same price as the MSRP on the vehicle, and at the payments we want (actually a bit below).

I still have to let DH know that we got the price we wanted and have are last minute "Are we positive were ready for this" talk and if all goes well i'll have a new vehicle soon. If not, i'll still be happy knowing I talked a salesman into a good deal, without ever walking on the car lot!

Actually, I just looked and it's still about $1,100 below MSRP. DH is trying to talk him into $500 cheaper. Well see how it goes.
