and she took me off bedrest for the time being..YAY! But said "absolutely no hanky panky" I hope that doesn't last long..:(

Anyway, she did a test that could tell if I was going to have the baby in the next 3 weeks, I have to call Monday morning to get the test results back. Hopefully all will be fine and I won't have to worry for the rest of the time.

I just thought I would tell you that I did that during this pregnancy and just delivered (a week ago) a 38.5 week baby. Starting at 18 weeks I would have episodes lasting a day or two of regular (even 2-3 minutes apart), sometimes strong (but not breathtaking) contractions. Then a few days of not too many, but always there. They were never enough to dilate me until 35 weeks and then they gave me Brethine to stop them. I too was on restriction and no exercise, so maybe that helped. The funny thing is, my water ended up breaking and I had to have pitocin to induce and that still took 12 hours of good contractions before it did any good and she was born!! I hope you have the same fortune and go the full term. Just take it easy (at least it is an excuse for your dh to help out alot:)).

Glad you're off bedrest. Take it easy! Us "cyber-aunts" want a healthy baby! lol :)

I'm glad that you are off bedrest sweetie. Let us know what the doctor says on Monday.
