It's 1am, I am on percacet (sp?) with very engorged breasts and a very swollen hemroid. Got home a couple hours ago. Oh, and did I mention the 6lb 11oz baby boy I came home with too?!

All went well. I did it 100% without drugs. The beginning was easy, but after 7 cm I was begging for drugs, "I'm not going to do one more contraction like this!", "God, please help me thru this!!", "Just let me die!!!", "Get your hand out of there, NOW!"....but no cussing. Pushing was frightening as I new the hemroids were coming and all I could feel was the baby "coming out my bottom!" After they convinced me he was not going to come out that way, I finally was able to push enough to get him out.

Still feeling like a bus hit me, but doing okay. Getting ready for another feeding. Not been doing too much but have actually been cleaning and putting things away. It is exhausting, but I just can't stand looking at the stuff. Can't wait for another 2 wks to pass where I feel better.

Breast feeding going very well. Engourgment has ended and at least that part of me has stopped hurting. Now if my bottom end can just heal. No idea how long that will take.
