If you make under a certain amount (adjustable gross income) you may be able to efile free!

Go to the Internal Revenue Service Website and they have a list of websites that provide this service, some free if you meet all requirements:)

You do get your refund directly deposited pretty quick.

So before you pay to efile and if you can fill out your tax return, it is worth looking into. Some states even efile free also.

I have done it before for myself and other tax clients. It is safe.

Just thought I'd let you know.

I do this every year, H&R block also has a free e-file on their site. (I'm not doing it this year because of some investment income, I'd rather have someone else take care of it!)

I just did ours this morning through TurboTax. They don't have any income requirements for their free service. Our state does require a $19.95 payment. Not too bad.
