for dinner tonight? I am just making a pot of homemade chicken soup and it smells so good cooking:)

By Trina~moderator on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 11:26 am:

ROFL! I have no idea! Yesterday I would have told you I had a pot roast in the crock pot but today I'm clueless about dinner at this point in time. :)

By Boxzgrl on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 11:27 am:

We're going out to Sushi! Yum! :)

By Colette on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 11:32 am:

Sushi tonight for us as well.

By Debbie on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 11:58 am:

I am making chili.

By Tunnia on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 12:49 pm:

Mmmm...sushi sounds so good and I haven't had any for almost a month! I'm jealous.:)

We are having creamy ranch pork chops and rice, sugar snap peas, and salad. Tonight is an easy night. It'll only take me 1/2 hour start to finish and won't dirty many dishes.

By Hol on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 12:51 pm:

Chicken and rice cassarole. Good comfort food. The weather here is grey and foggy. Melting snow on the ground. This dish, with some nice warm cornbread! My guys love it!

By Amy~moderator on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 01:05 pm:

We are having roast with red gravy and pasta. Yum!

By Sue3 on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 01:32 pm:

I don`t know yet.Lol . Though I have to say sushi sounds so good.
I am the only one in my family that likes it though

I think we are going to have breakfast for dinner: french toast casserole, scrambled eggs and OJ. Things could change, though. I really hadn't given it much thought yet.

By Dawnk777 on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 02:29 pm:

Leftover homemade macaroni and cheese, ham, a veggie and possibly a salad. Not much mac and cheese left, though. Might make it through 1 more meal.

By Annie2 on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 02:43 pm:

Baked chicken breasts, rice, a veggie and salad.
Sounds boring. Maybe I'll make a stir fry instead. :)

By Yjja123 on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 02:43 pm:

Outback Steakhouse
Yum :)
We received a gift certificate for Christmas so are going to use it tonight.

By Pixie on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 02:56 pm:

I'm working tonight - but last night we had chicken piccata, brocolli, sauteed mushrooms and tomato basil mozz. crostinis.

By Emily7 on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 02:58 pm:

I am finally making scalloped potatoes & ham, it was on the menu for Monday, but I wanted swedish meatballs instead.

By Pixie on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 02:58 pm:

Sushi does sound good!

By Cocoabutter on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 03:47 pm:

Sushi? ew.

Well, DH works nights, so its just ds and me, and his favorite thing is chicken noodle soup and a grilled cheese sandwich.

French toast casserole sounds interesting. I'm going to check into that.

By Andi on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 04:03 pm:

We are having Porkchops with Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup cooked in the Crock Pot and I will serve it over rice...YUMMY! :)

By My2girlygirls on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 04:50 pm:

Pizza at the kids school. Tonight is Science, Math & Technology night at school so they are serving pizza! Woohoo, no cooking tonight!

By Kate on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 05:06 pm:

Andi, that recipe is really good with Cream of Chicken soup, too. And we serve it over mashed potatoes. :)

By Feona on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 05:57 pm:

I am on a vegetable kick. About a quart of brocelli for me alone. I am sick of getting sinus infections. A lamb chop. Some latkas. Yum.

By Colette on Thursday, January 13, 2005 - 09:58 pm:

No sushi tonight...Friday night instead. So tonight we had salad, cajun salmon and baked potatoes..
