You can enter EVERYTING you do during the day (they include carrying a baby, talking on phone, driving, going upstairs, specific yard work...and on and on and on), enter EVERYTHING you eat. After entering details for the day, it will calculate if you are eating the proper amounts of various foods and nutrients. It will also let you know where you stand on your activity level. Then you can do this daily and it will actually track you for up to an entire year. Not sure I have enough time in the day to do this every day, but it is fun to try a few times just to see how you are doing.

I found this while at the Kraft Foods site. I am currently using their site for all my meal planning. It does it all for me, breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks. Keeps track of my exercise, logs my own comments and gives me a weekly log of what I've been doing. It's all free. I've been doing the meal plan for 3 wks now and have really enjoyed the meals and how quick they are to prepare and clean up.
