Just had to share the craziest recipe--you may have heard of it. You just take a cake mix and add a diet coke. I made a chocolate cake and it was yummy! Only 3 pts per serving. It literally bakes up without the oil or the eggs! It's crazy! I read it on the WW message board.:)

I never heard of it either, but it's really good. I made the chocolate and it was yummy. They also say you can do it with angel food cake!

Oh, one tip--try it in cupcake cups, then it's even less points! I wish I would have thought to do that ahead of time.

Do you have any favorite foods these days? I'm in love with the Lean Cuisine panini's and Kens FF pecan raspberry dressing over spinach salad!

I'm doing WW but haven't heard of that. I'll have to try it. Thank you! Do you use an icing with that? I guess you could use coolwhip. What kind of soda? Diet? clear or dark?

So for our ww crew, how long have you been on and what is your weight loss?

I just got my 16 week charm on Sat. I was down just short of 27 pounds, I gained 2 this week..YIKES. So I am just under 25 lost. Which is a touch over my 10% goal.

I've been real sick so I actually showed a slight gain of .6 at my last weigh in but I am on week 6 and I have lost 9 lbs. I can honestly tell you that it has to be the right time in your life to start. I tried to start-Week 1 & 2 while I was trying to move and it was so incredibly hard I ended up not really starting until week 3. This is not the first time I have been on WW. I did this is California and lost 20lbs but for one reason or another quit going and gained it all back plus some on my move across country. Its a great program but you have to go to the meetings, and journal and follow the program or it won't work. Thats the way it is for me anyways.

They keep saying in the meeting, if you don't give 100% you won't get 100%. I certainly see that!

I am in my 8th week right now and am down just over 16lbs so far. I am just under my 10% hopefully this week I will hit it.
