.40 so far today not much but better than nothing and i've only had 2 pieces of pizza so far = ) also tonight we are having roast and potatoes and i'm not going to have too much = ) i did get all my water in yesterday too...i still haven't weighed myself though lol

okay i'm getting ready to get back on the treadmill here in a little bit my goal is to do at least 1 mile total for the day = ) i ate okay i think but then i ended up eating a peanut buster parfait it's my birthday tomm. so i won't be able to celebrate it then since i have to work...

I walked 4 miles this morning, but I am dying with the Halloween candy in the house. If I eat another Snickers or Reeces, I am going to have to roll myself to bed.

ok finished literally lol = ) Thanks Debbie = ) good job on the 4 miles = ) i've not had any halloween candy thankfully yay me lol..yesterday danny irritated me because i told him i was loosing this weight and twice he asked me different things 1st one was if you get ready in enough time we can go to mcdonald's and get a sweet tea um no i'm trying to lose weight so then last night he says do you need any m&m's or tootsie rolls um no again i'm trying to lose weight MEN i tell ya

{{{HUGS}}} Set small goals Brandy. Decide what you want to be by the first of the year. Then, once you make that goal, set another one.

I have been working out 5 days a week for 2 months. I have only lost 8 lbs! One measly pound a week, and I am walking 4 miles now. But, I am loosing inches, and I feel great. I saw a friend the other day who said I look super skinny now. I don't see it, but that is okay. I have really stopped focusing on the scale.

Do it so you feel better! I have so much more energy, and I overall feel so much better
