Where did everyone go?

Moms View Message Board: Let's Get Fit! (Weight Loss Support Group): Where did everyone go?

Please don't leave me all alone...

I'll admit today that I will NOT be doing a weigh in. I know the scale went up. It doesn't have to show me. lol

Sigh It's my own fault. I've been having a lot of cravings lately and I've been giving in to them. Cheesecake, ice cream, jerky, cheetos, basically, anything with empty calories and lots of fat. I think I deprived my body too quickly. But as of today, I'm going to do food in moderation instead of cold turkey.

On a good note, I've still been going to my dance class. Last night we did something different. We actually were given a chance to each demonstrate a move and the instructor helped us if it was a new move. Pretty neat way to practice and learn new stuff as well as have fun. There were quite a few new moves so there was a lot of laughter!

Anyway, how is everyone else doing?

I'm back! :)

I've had dh's grandma staying with us the past few weeks so I haven't posted much at all or been on the computer near as much.

I weigh about the same- I've been fluctuating between 170 and 174. However, I have been more active the past few days. Taebo basic has always been my fave indoor workout and I needed a new copy- picked one up at a yard sale :) I've also been walking the perimeter of the playground when I take the kids during time I would usually sit and watch them play. My middle is a little less squishy but my summer clothes don't fit any better yet.

I still wonder how this became acceptable for this long. I need to drop at least 40 pounds.
