I get emails from Kraft and happened to look more in depth on their site. If you are like me, planning the weeks meal is just so much work. I have last years meal plans I made, but that was when I wasn't breastfeeding. So I wanted to recalculate my calorie intake. Did that and then hit the button for a meal plan. I expected an outline or a one day sample menu. WRONG! It gave me an entire weeks menu plan! How cool is that? So here is the link if you think it might help you.
