Well i've decided to mark my water lol i'm putting on the bag they come in how many ounces is in the particular bag and what day they are for...i'm putting a few extra in though because alex will have a water every now and then = ) yay alex...which has also lost a pound in 2 weeks = ) alrighty everyone have a great day...

I met my exercise goal this week. I did 45 minutes each day. 3 days of cardio, and 2 of strength training. I am pretty sore today, probably because of the strength training. I have been doing really well with eating too.

How is everyone else doing?

I weighed in yesterday at the gym at 116.5. So, my stats thus far...

Starting weight~ 126
Goal weight~ 105
1 Feb 08 weight~ 116.5
Loss so far~ 9.5
Pounds to goal~ 11.5

I did some walking at the gym, and an extreme abs class. I wanted to do elliptical, but I was there with a friend who is not a fan, lol, so I will have to go another day for that!

I went back another belt hole! And I bought a size down in jeans as a goal. I figured I can get them on but not goal is to wear them comfortably. I have lost 7 lbs total. Still going strong on the points counting and it's been 32 days. I feel pretty good about it all today. I have to do better with the water and walking..those are my goals for the up coming week.

starting weight- 160
goal weight- 142
Feb 1st weight- 153
loss so far- 7 lbs
pounds to go- 11 lbs

Way to go, Lisa. I am sure you'll be in those jeans before you know it.

Good Job Debbie, we are very close in our goal numbers. I can remember when I was 153 and I could not lose a pound for nothing (gained of course)...I would die to be back there now and that be my starting point again. I will get very excited to get back to 153. I actually saw 173, but quit drinking and then lost initially, I stopped and se-sawed back and forth, from 162-166. But that is my mini goal 153...the rest is not as realistic but I will still try to get to 145 or less. One goal at a time I guess haha
