Can you all believe this month is almost over...anyways i thought i would weigh myself everyday i think it's fun to see how much each day changes lol and see where i'm at each day of course i'm still only taking the one on thursday for my actual and i'm only weighing one time a day instead of a bunch like i used too...i also have my scale in my bedroom on top of the box so when i move it to the bathroom floor i have to do it two or three times for an accurate reading since i don't have the room to leave it in there all of the time...anyways today it said 189.6 woohoo lol = )

i did have a sweet on saturday it was very yummy too lol...it was a cinnamon raisin waffle with cream cheese in it from ihop = ) maybe i will have those every other saturday? i'm not sure but i know i wasn't hungry after that and eggs/sausage until 4 pm and i ate this at 8am = ) hope everyone has a great day today...

My goal this week, exercise 5 days. I have been doing 45 minutes on 3 days, and 30 the other two. I want to bump up the 30 minute days to 40.

Guess what we're doing tonight? Yep, karate! lol I'm trying to eat well today. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill last night after a little guy that spent the day with us went home. I would have done more, but I really had to use the bathroom! lol If I get a chance I'll probably do 30 minutes tonight. I'm trying to work up to 30 minutes of running non-stop before our TNT kickoff on the 12th. Oh, and drinking lots of water today. :)

So this week I start my infant/toddler classes for my new child care license. That cuts Wednesday night karate out for me for the next 17 weeks (orientation this week, 3 hours a week for 16 week--48 hours total training). So until the 12th we'll go Mon, Tues and Thurs to karate. After the 12th we'll probably do Mon and Thurs because I'll be training every Tues and Sat with TNT. I will have to miss a Tues every now and then (child care meetings once or twice a month, depending on the month) and I will skip it every now and then so Randy can go to karate on Tuesdays. Dh may take him on Wednesdays because it's only a couple miles away, but on Tuesdays our class is a 30 minute drive. Dh won't do that. That's okay. Randy's got his football conditioning about once a week, too. He's plenty busy. :) Robin's taking a break from karate so I'm thinking of taking him to the pool one or two afternoons a week when I only have 1 child (3mo). That little guy won't mind sitting and watching Robin swim. :)

Brandy, you're doing GREAT!!! Keep up the good work. :) Debbie, bumping 30 minutes to 40 will be easy. You go, Girl! lol

okay i'm not going to eat the pizza that i want because it has a total of i think 740 cals. and i don't even need half of it lol ...i will be eating some baked spaghetti later tonight so i need to be good so i can eat it but i'm starving now and it sounds and smells so good = ) (my son is eating some now lol )i grabbed an 11oz water = )

Brandy, when my two men want pizza, I let them have it and I eat one of the Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones Pizza's...they are only 5/6 points, I get to eat it all by myself, it's small but there is no guilt after and even tho I smell the pizza in the house, I know I had some lol...
