Okay. I know I've been a bit awol, especially with weigh ins. I've fallen off the WW wagon. I just don't think that's going to work for me. I'm come to the conclusion that I really like to eat! lol So, I guess for me I really need to just exercise more and eat wisely. So today I weighed myself and I was 155lbs. Still down from 160 in December, but up a little from what I'd lost with WW. That's okay. We finally got a treadmill last night AND got it put together so I did 1/2 hour on that this morning. Just walking because I'm just starting out and I don't want to overdo it, so I only did 1.5 miles. My sinuses are still killing me and I'm waiting for the antibiotics to kick in. I'm going to make Randy a doctor's appointment this morning because his throat has hurt for about 3 days now and this morning his neck was swollen. I hate him missing school because he has a horrible time making the work up, but he really wasn't feeling good. Dh thinks I should make myself an appointment, too. The antibiotics I'm taking are a refill dh's doc gave him that he didn't need so I'm not sure how I'd explain that to the doc. We'll see. The TNT meeting is tonight! Hopefully they won't want an extremely unreasonable amount of fund raising. I HATE fund raisers!!! I hate them when the kids do them, and I can't believe I'm considering it for ME! lol We'll see... :)

I hope you feel better soon, Cat. I'm glad you got your treadmill.

I am going to exercise again this morning, in fact, I am doing it as soon as I get off the computer. I have been exercising 45-60 minutes each morning this week.

LOL, Cat...on the I love to eat part. I am right there with you. Growing up with a mom who is German, and a great cook, I have always had bad eating habits. I am trying to change my eating slowly, that is how I lost 50 lbs several years ago. So, my food goal this week, no soda. I gave them up before, and just recently started drinking them...for the caffine. I also gave up ice cream, which is a very big weakness of mine. So far so good. I am also trying to cut back on snacking. I am doing okay with that, just having trouble at night.

I did end up going to the gym at 8 last night..LOL.

Cat I am the same way with ww. I love to eat. However I have slowly figured out how to eat and stay in points. And I splurge once a week. I found bread that is only 1pt, so I can eat 2 sandwiches if needed. I eat a LOT of popcorn and salads.
