So check in...what did you do today?

I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I really need to up the speed to up my heart rate, but I am so tired afterwards, it seems like I am working out. Oh well. I also coach a basketball team tonight (for my little guy), so there will be plenty of running and jogging and stretching.

I am not able to walk yet(have to wait until summer for my foot to fully heal). But, I am able to do my Firm workout tapes with no pain to my foot. So, I did the cardio tape this morning. It is 55 minutes long. I did about 45 minutes. There is one part that hurts my foot, so I skipped it.

I've been running errands all day today (too bad that doesn't count as cardio) and I don't have a treadmill so I won't be running today. I'll do more weight and resistance training tonight after the Chuck E. Cheese birthday party we have to go to. I'm going to be good and order the salad bar and have ONE piece of pizza. I don't like cake so it will be easy to bypass that. I'm missing running like crazy so I hope the weather's good tomorrow!
