I was talking to my karate teacher and mentioned how I am trying to do the treadmill every day. He told me, that he was taught by his father, that if you do something for 22 days in a row, it becomes a habit. I now find if I miss 2 days in a row, it is hard to get back into exercise, but if I do it every day, I look forward to it. So now I am keeping 22 days in my head and seeing if this becomes a habit. It's been 2 weeks as of yesterday but I missed 2 days during that time.
Very interesting. I know exactly what you mean. 22 days, well I guess that means I'm going to do my workout today. Thanks for that.
