I was in trader joes the other day and they had some good stuff for low carbers.

No salt macademia nuts.
Tons of meat and fish.
Tons of fresh vegetables.
Tons of ready to go fresh vegetables
I got low carb frozen eggplant (without bread crumbs)
Tons of fruits
Some low carb products
Full fat yogurt
I just thought it was better than the supermarket for low carbing.
