Hi. Is anyone doing Weight Watchers? I am trying it a second time after losing 30 pounds last year. I would love to find other women on this site that what to check in each week with each other to stay motivated. I weigh in on Fridays. Anyone interested?

Actually, I would love to do that!! I just quit going to WW in Dec.06, I lost 62lbs on WW.. I would definately recommend WW.. I have gained about 6 lbs back and I am going to start going again on Friday so that would be perfect, we would have the same weigh in day. I would like to go back and try to make lifetime!! Hope to talk to ya soon!!

I would love to be in on this with you guys. I started WW in December, lost 16lbs and then got really sick. I was so sick that I couldn't smoke, and decided that I would take the opportunity to finally quit!!! And I HAVE!!! I haven't had a cigarette since February 2nd!!! But, I have gained back 11lbs! So... I'm in!

How does WW work? I need to loose about 15 lbs to fit previous clothes and have considered this.

Obviously, ladies, I have moved this to the "Let's Get Fit" topic. From everything I've read and heard, WW is about the best program around because it works at changing habits for the long term, so that when you take weight off you will be able to keep it off.

I have been on the program before and love it. I quit when I reached my 10% because I started meds that made me not want to eat and I couldn't force myself to eat enough. Since then I have been under lots of stress and needless to say will be rejoining once we get moved into our new house. I would love to check in with you guys when we get settled.

General Mills Fiber One bars are awesome. They are 3 points and are better than a candy bar. It comes in peanut butter and chocolate.

Any good snack ideas with low points?

ok, I weighed in today after 6 months of not going, I was so SCARED, it was like I was a little kid not wanting to get in trouble.. lol But I have only gained 9 lbs since I left..whew, so that wasn't too bad.. Can't wait to hear from everyone else!!

Ok, I'll be bold and post the actual number. 183. I am 5ft 10inches so my goal is 150.

33lbs to go at 2lbs per week about 16 weeks or 4 months. Ok if I make it by Christmas I will be estactic.

Goal for next week 181.

How did every one else do. This is the starting point right?

THERE IS NO WAY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH THAT I AM POSTING MY STARTING WEIGHT ON HERE!!!!! When I got on that scale Friday morning, I cried... and I'm not even PMSing!!!!

Quite the wake-up call!!!! I'm more than in now!!!

It is our starting weight. Only our starting weight. The weight we look back on and say "Never again." Everyone has to start somewhere. I posted my weight for me. It is more real now that everyone knows it. Don't feel obligated to post weight.

I made my goal this week. 180!!!! Yeah. Boy, after 10p.m. I am just starving. I should just go to bed but this is "my" time. You know the time when you can throw in a load of laundry, finish the dishes, and just breathe.

I've found that drinking more water helps. It's amazing that the experts are right ;).

Goal for next week 178.
