Both of these stories happened years ago but still stick out in my mind.....My youngest ds was playing on the front porch, he was about 4 at the time...he is 7 now. Anyway, I noticed that he was holding a large worm (night crawler) and was passing it back and forth between his two hands...I said "EWWW, honey that is yucky put it down! Is'nt it dead?" He turns to me and says "Not Yet!" I laughed till my sides ached.
Another one...this is when my oldest ds was about 3 (he is 10 now) I was trying to take a shower and like most little ones he liked to be near me constantly...I had locked the bathroom door while showering to get a few minutes alone. Anyway, thoughout the entire shower he stood by the door saying "mommy, mommy" over and over again. I tried to ignore this, I finally got out and was drying off, and still he is calling for me and yelling "mommy" Finally I yelled back in a not so nice tone "WHAT!" He got really quite and said "Nothing mommy, I was just talking to the door!" I got a big chuckle out of that too.
I have one more...if this needs removed because of certain words then that is fine...Sometimes I understand there is a fine line on what is allowed to be posted...
When my youngest ds was 4 he was sitting on the floor looking down his pants..curious you know He looks at me and says "Mom, what are these? I said "those are testicles" He looked at me puzzled and said "if those are testicles then where are my balls?" I just about died! Of course I had a talk with my dh about choosing his words carefully around the kids!

Awhile back, Lara who is four, was asking me about my breasts. She asked if she will have some. I said, yes, someday. She then asked if she would have three, like me. I said, "Three?" She pointed to my two, and then my tummy. LOL...:-|
