CONGRATS!!

We didn't find out with either child because we wanted to be surprised. Wasn't an option with DD anyway, because that particular OB/GYN didn't do ultrasounds unless problems were suspected. I never did have an US while pregnant with her.

LOL dawn, I found out at 40 weeks and 2 days with my first, around 20 weeks with my second and at 39 weeks with my third. I have done it both ways and as hard as it is to wait, it is SO MUCH MORE FUN not knowing! People are so excited to hear...it's a boy.

Everyone seems to know these days, what they are having. I even did have some ultrasounds, but just on a small office unit. I don't know if they did see and didn't tell us, or what. I still didn' know until the end.

I'm always asking people if they know what they are having now, since most people do already know. I'm not having any more, but I don't know if I would want to know. It was fun finding out on the day of birth, although, I was surprised with Sarah, since I had guessed it was a boy! LOL!

I absolutely didn't want to know what I was having, though the doctor did say she THOUGHT it was a girl (which is was), but I really wanted to surprise!

With Robin at about 17-18 weeks. The doc told us it was a boy. We couldn't see it! lol With Randy it was about 20 and there was NO mistaking what he was! lol

Sometimes it's very hard to tell at any time. My niece had 3 ultrasounds with different techs and they all said it was a girl. We were all excited because out of 16 grandkids there are only 4 girls. July came around and guess what she had a BOY, we all had to return the girly gifts. I found out when I had my amnio with my second 100% positive.

With my first 2 it was around 20 weeks. With Faith, It was at 17 weeks.Im one of those people who just has to know.

I was 1 weeks with ds, because I had an amnio & I was 20 weeks with dd, although the tech said it was 100%.
