I am working on a case now where a driver cross the yellow lines at a fairly good speed and hit our client's car almost head on. I just saw the photos of the car. The photos explain why almost every bone in the mother's body from the pelvis down is broken, and she has very serious upper body injuries. The three children in the rear seat of the car, in child seats and restraints, were slightly bruised and scratched.

That was my thinking, Trina, and the reason I posted it.

Yesterday as I was driving home I noticed in my rear-view mirror a vehicle with two children sitting in one passenger seat in the front seat of the car behind me. And last week I saw a pickup truck with two men riding in the bed of the truck.
