i want to make a special cake for dd birthday party. i found a yummy recipe calling for coconut as an ingredient. any suggestions? TIA -Angela
Coconut is fine as far as I know! My dd had it at that age with no problems.
Personally, I wouldn't do it. Coconut is one of those "exotic fruits." I would think a little one might be sensitive- and it might complicate things later on....
If your child's been on formula, or eaten almost any processed food, she's already had coconut oil ...
