Rylee's 2nd birthday is 4 motnhs away still, but I need to start getting ideas of what to get her for her birthday. My family will be asking for lists and I don't have a clue as to what to tell them. Does anyone have any ideas? TIA

What about a v-smile. It is like a kids version of video games. My dd got one for her 4 year old b-day. It does have learning stuff with characters she knows. In this age of computers I don't think it is ever to young for kids to learn. I don't think 2 would be two young. Maybe at first but she would get the hang of it. You could always check one out first. Another thing I have started doing instead of "stuff" I ask my family to pay for stuff like soccer for my eldest. I know you said Riley was doing swimming. Maybe a membership to the zoo or they have gymnastics around here as young as 2. My dd is in that two and loves it.

How about a potty... or a step for reaching the potty/sink/etc.

A toddler pillow? They have some cool ones on the One Step Ahead website.

More grown up plastic plates/ cups/ bowls...

My ds turns 2 in 2months so I've been brainstorming.
