Josh woke up this morning with a black eye. He was on the neighbors trampoline and there were 4 other kids in there with him. Just when my neighbor came out to tell them to all get out, Josh fell and a 10 yr old landed right on his eye. It was a little swollen and red last night, but this morning it is turning black and blue. Is there anything I need to watch for? He is acting fine and says it doesn't hurt anymore. Also, his birthday is next week, how long will it last? I would hate for him to have a big black eye in all the pictures. Oh well! Did I mention that I hate trampolines for just this reason.

If it isn't bothering him, and he can still see fine...then I would think that he is fine.

It will probably take a couple weeks for it to completely heal.
