Online Wish Lists...Heidi?

Moms View Message Board: Parenting Discussion: Archive January-June 2005: Online Wish Lists...Heidi?
By Reds9298 on Sunday, May 8, 2005 - 12:58 pm:

Regarding 1st birthday items, someone on another post recently mentioned that they were going to make an online birthday wish list for family. Maybe it was Heidi?? I'm interested in doing this, but don't know how? If anyone has any ideas or knows how to do this, I'd appreciate any info! Thank you!!!

I know that Toys R Us has a wish list kids can do, but that is all that I know of.

Amazon.com also has a whole series of wishlists, including Babys R Us, Toys R Us, and I don't know what else. If you go to Amazon through the Momsview Home Link at the top of the page, the Board gets credits.

Yup! amazon.com ! Connor's is on there too. Just look up Connor H e n k e l (without the spaces)
My brother in law also has one since he's in Iraq and people always want to know what to get him.

Okay, so do you just email this wish list to friends or family or put the link in an invite? I posted about this topic a week or two ago. If it's okay to send out this wish list, why is it not okay to put something on the invite? Just a little confused about etiquette I guess! :)

i just send them the wishlist if they ask for it. there are instructions on there that show you how to email the wishlist once you've got one set up.
