DD got invited to a b'day party and the parents may rent a limousine to bring eight 7-year-old girls to the mall. Do you have any info about child safety in limos??

I'm not positive, but I *think* limousines are exempt from child restraint laws, similar to Taxis. I don't believe all of them even have seat belts. Some have seats along the sides that face toward the center of the vehicle. Call me a party pooper, but I'd prefer to transport my own kids to and from the party. I'll ask my CPS colleagues what they think/know.

Thanks Trina. DH and I dsicussed this and we both agreed that we should drive her but I wanted to check with you first!! We are definitely going to be the "bad guys" in this situation!!
