Wow, they have to sit in a booster till at least 8 yrs old? It's amazing, like i said before, NOONE at the elementary school has their kids in booster seats. Noone that i see anyway...except me of course :)

My DS is 8.5 yrs. old and will be riding in a booster for a long time yet. He doesn't even come close to passing the 5 Step Test. Only 10-20% of kids age 4-8 who should be in boosters are actually using them. Sad, but true. Kids are 60% SAFER in boosters!

I had all the kids in booster seats, even the older ones. Kayla gets mad at me and says that no one else her age has to ride in one. *sigh* I then politely remind her that I am not everyone else's mom.
