And if that wasn't gross enough he brought it home so i could see it lol it's in a sample thingy and i'm like ewwww nick lol ...He's got a bandage all around it too thankfully i will have to change the bandage tomorrow after his bath eww no fun lol oh well that's my job right = )

He got it smashed in a screen door that's what they told me i was at work and my baby (9) didn't even need me to go to the hospital which in a way is good but i'm kind of sad he didn't need his mommy lol

my son will be losing his too!! I posted about the finger question. My dd accidentally slammed it in the glass door so right now the entire nail is black! Not looking forward to it coming off, i am with you EWWWWWW!

I did the same thing when I was young and now my nail won't grow more than 1/8 inch long before it breaks...of course being a boy he will not have to worry about that...lol.

My niece slammed the car door on my MIL's pinky and she lost it down to the first knuckle...ouch.

Hope he is feeling better soon! Holding an ice cream cone might make it feel better! Ya know, the coldness and everything...lol... ;-)

BTDT! When i was little i was at school and my desk top fell closed, with my finger in the way, OUCH! My nail turned black and eventually fell off (while we were at Cedar Point). Don't worry, it''l grow back just fine. I remember how weird it felt to have no fingernail though!
