 Yield: 16 Servings
 
 2 T. Pine nuts; toasted
 2 lg Cloves garlic
 2 3/4 c Fresh basil leaves
 3 T. Grated fresh Parmesan cheese
 2 t. Lemon juice
 3 T. Extra virgin olive oil
 
 Mince pine nuts, basil and garlic in food processor. Add cheese and lemon juice; process until finely minced. Add oil; process until well blended. Spoon into a Ziploc bag and store in refrigerator. Makes 1 cup.  Toss with any type hot or cold pasta, and serve with a salad for a quick summer meal.
