Yesterday I realized we had too many potatoes. My husband went to the Farmers Market and bought two 50 lb bags. One white and one red.

I started hunting recipes and found some good ones here. Usually the agricultural boards have good recipes so I gave one a try. I used the--Parmesan Potato Wedges. Good.
