Seven Layer Dip:

Layer in the following order. You can layer each ingredient as thick or light as you want, according to your preference. *NOTE* I rarely make anything usng specific measured amounts, these are just a guideline.

2 cans refried beans
2 packs avocado dip or quacamole
1 large container sour cream
Picante sauce, chunky, medium or hot, to taste
2 bags shredded Mexican 4-cheese mix
Diced tomatoes
Chopped green onions
Diced or sliced black olives
Sprinkle more cheese on top

Chill in fridge and serve with Tostitos.

Oh my goodness. That looks good.

I've had this, and it is great. But be sure to use the smaller and thicker tortilla chips - this is a thick and heavy type dip and thin chips will break. I usually wind spooning it onto the chip.
