2 (6 ½ oz.) tuna in oil ½ c. raisins chopped ¼ c. peanuts chopped ¼ c. onion chopped ¼ c. green onion chopped ¼ c. plain yogurt ½ c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice ¼ tsp. salt ½ tsp. curry powder Drain tuna well. Discard oil. (Most cats and dogs love it as a treat). Blend all ingredients together well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve on toast points or crackers.
I make this a lot for dh for lunch. But I use tuna in water and I don't use the peanuts, onions, yogurt, salt or lemon juice. I think I'll try it this way next time.
