We do sweet and sour chicken over rice. I use to add no extras. Then when I had my last baby, a lady brought dinner, sweet and sour chicken over rice. It was so similar to ours but she added extras. It had the fresh pineapple (I like a lot of that!) and chopped green bell pepper (kind of chunky) and also chopped carrots. It is so good. I never would have thought to add those things, but it really makes it so much more colorful and the kids love it.

I know this is about a year late getting to you, but maybe next time lol.
