I recently bought a huge bag of mini tart pans at a garage sale, but after going through my cookbooks I am finding very little about making mini tarts. Does anyone here have any great tart recipes? I thought they would be good to make for bake sales and for the kid's classes for treats. Thanks

Be careful if you do a search for Mini Tarts, evidently it has more than one meaning!

There were some good recipes.
I also have one for a ham & asparagus mini tart that is great for brunches.
