Shrimp Sauce & Fried Rice (like Kobe's)
 
 Add the following ingredients in order to food processor or blender for Shrimp Sauce.  Process until smooth.  Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.      1/2 quart Dukes mayonnaise  1/2 tsp. garlic powder   1/16 tsp. Tabasco Sauce  3/4 tsp. paprika  1/4 tsp. white pepper  6 1/2 oz. water  dash of salt  1 1/2 tbls. Ketchup  1/4 tsp. black pepper  6 tsp. sugar    For Fried Rice cook peas, corn, and carrots in microwave for 2-4 minutes until crisp tender.  Cool and add to rice.  Place 1-2 tbls. of oil in wok or non-stick pan.  Saute rice, vegetables, and onions.  Top with one tbls. of butter and cook until hot.  Add soy sauce.  Serve immediately, top with shrimp sauce.    2 cups cooked rice (cooled)  1/4 cup frozen peas  1/4 cup frozen corn  1/4 cup carrots (cut to pea-size pieces)  1 small onion (finely chopped)  1-2 tbls. of oil  1 tbls. of butter   1-2 tbls. soy sauce
