BAKED CRAB IMPERIAL
 
  BAKED CRAB IMPERIAL     1 tbsp. chopped pimento  1 tbsp. chopped green pepper  2 tbsp. mayonnaise  1 tsp. prepared mustard  1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce  6 saltine crackers, crushed  1 whole egg  1 pound back fin fresh crabmeat  1 cup mayonnaise  2 egg yolks    Mix above ingredients separately. Add  fresh crabmeat. Mix very lightly. Form into Imperial mounds in crab shells, but do not pack too firmly (4-6 servings). Coat with remaining mayonnaise mixed well with egg yolks. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown. Serve hot.
