We want you to love your new purchase. But we realize that every now and then, things don't always work out the way you expected, so we've made it easy for you to make a return.

If you made a purchase at whitehouseblackmarket.com, or over the phone, you should have received a Prepaid Return Shipping Label inside. Just affix the shipping label we provided with your invoice and drop off your package in the US mail at home, work, or at the post office. When we receive your return, we'll deduct $6.00 from your refund.
